Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.
- Support food preparation tasks by assisting with basic kitchen duties as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues.
- Willingness to learn about kitchen operations, food safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
